Do I need a Pact account to use Pact Recover?
No. You can submit a case with just your name, email, and bank details. After successful recovery we'll invite you to create a full Pact account so future campaigns are protected from the start.
What if the brand ignores all the letters?
If standard escalation fails, your case is referred to our partner solicitors for legal action. The fee increases to 15% if legal referral is required, but you pay nothing upfront.
How long does recovery take?
Most cases resolve before legal referral is needed. Legal referrals can take longer depending on the brand's response. We keep you updated at every stage.
What happens to the brand on Pact?
Brands that go through Pact Recover are flagged in our brand reputation database. If they later try to work with a creator on Pact, that creator sees a quiet warning about their payment history.
